How do I install DOS 6 and Windows 3 on Virtual PC or VMWare?

Didn’t Dos 6 die 3 months before the release of the Commodore Amiga 500!? :)
Sorry, I had to plug the greatest game machine of the 1980’s!! Go Amiga!!

Sounds tricky, isn’t it?
Your CD can’t be auto-boot because there’s no such boot data like those of Windows XP CD. Still, the CD you make still have usage.
First, look for a DOS 6 bootdisk. You can find the bootdisk files online. Some are zipped as a cabinet, or some as an EXE. Download a bootdisk “image” (?) and copy it to your virtual floppy disk.
Next step, boot up your virtual machine (VM) by that virtual floppy disk (DOS 6 BOOT), FDISK the virtual HDD, FORMAT it and SYS it (system transfer). As the bootdisk loads the CD driver also, you can mount the Dos/Windows CD you burnt some days before for file copying.
